Urtis

Urtis, was a low-ranking sorcerer known for his indecisiveness. Urtis never rose highly in the ranks like most of his fellows, but some of the items he created live on today, and several more that he did not create bear his name if only because they seem, like him, unable to decide what their true function is. The original lion's ring was crafted by him.
