In an alternate timeline where Thrall died as an infant, Uther the Lightbringer was killed along with King Terenas Menethil and Anduin Lothar when Aedelas Blackmoore's personal army conquered Lordaeron after the Battle of Blackrock Spire.

In his honor, Arthas Menethil's son was named Uther Menethil.
