Valgar Highforge is a dwarf paladin and paladin trainer found on the second floor of the Hall of Mysteries in the Mystic Ward in Ironforge.
He is the highest-ranking member of the Silver Hand present in the city.
Following the Cataclysm, Valgar met new promising paladins of the Silver Hand in Ironforge and sent them to meet Lord Grayson Shadowbreaker, one of the foremost paladins in the realm, at the Cathedral of Light of Stormwind City after the latter was impressed with their rapid progress.[1][2]
Following the death of Tirion Fordring during the Battle for Broken Shore, Valgar Highforge moved to the Sanctum of Light to serve the new Highlord of the Silver Hand. There, he became the Grand Smith of the Silver Hand, standing next to the Altar of Ancient Kings, and proposing to the Highlord to help them change the power within their weapons if they wanted to, as he mentioned to be the best smith this side of Ironforge.
After the Fourth War, Valgar still met and train new promising paladins of the Silver Hand in Ironforge. He then sent them to meet Ezul'aan, one of the foremost paladins in the realm, at the Training Hall in the Old Town of Stormwind City after the latter was impressed with their rapid progress.[3][4]
