Valgarde Captives are Alliance soldiers of the Valiance Expedition stationed from the nearby port of Valgarde, who have been taken prisoner by the vrykul of Nifflevar. Now, they are tortured in the town's main square, seemingly for the amusement of their Dragonflayer captors.
