Valkyrion is a frost vrykul settlement located in the western area of the Storm Peaks. Their Hyldnir sisters of Brunnhildar Village hate them for becoming the Lich King's servants. The Blighted Pool can also be found here.
Because of that disdain, most of the Hyldnir weren't interested in allying with the Lich King when he sent his emissaries, with the exception ofYulda the Stormspeaker, the leader of Valkyrion, who delivered her village to him in exchange for him making her Val'kyr. After joining up with the Scourge, during the war against the Lich King, one of the ways the Hyldnir of Valkyrion served the Lich King was by capturing proto-drakes and their eggs and taking them to the Blighted Pool, waters filled with corruption and disease intended to infect them with the plague,[1] transforming them into plagued proto-drakes.
