Vanguard's Momentum is a paladin talent. It appears in the class tree for Holy paladins only, as well as the Retribution tree.
It is an exclusive choice node with 
[Sanctify] for Retribution.

Patch 10.1.5 (2023-07-11): Added to the class tree as a row 10 talent for Holy only, replacing [Zealot's Paragon]. - Patch 10.0.7 (2023-03-21): Adjusted – Hammer of Wrath has 1 extra charge and on enemies below 20% health generates 1 additional Holy Power. Moved to row 5 (was 10) as a choice node with [Sanctify] and reduced to 1 rank.
- Old: Hammer of Wrath has 1 extra charge and increases Holy damage done by 2/4% for 10 sec, stacking 3 times.
