Patch changes

Patch 7.1.0 (2016-10-25):
- Now only affects targets who have your Greater Blessings.
- Now increases Holy damage and critical strike chance by 4% (up from 3%) for 10 sec. (up from 6 sec.) and stacks up to 4 times (down from 5 times).
Patch 7.0.3 (2016-07-19): Added.
