Vethir is a storm drake located in Stormheim. He fights the player in 
[10-45] Signal Boost before flying off, and later reveals himself to be the de facto leader of the Thorignir.
During the Legion Assaults, he and an adventurer attacked Shield's Rest, which had been overrun by the Burning Legion. He was injured during the assault.

- Thunder's Bite - Hurls a ball of lightning which explodes on impact, damaging nearby enemies.
- Unleash Storm's Fury - A point blank attack that blasts nearby enemies with charged lightning.
- Charging Up - Your Wrathful Strikes are building up a large amount of charged energy.
- Fully Charged - Skougul is prepared to unleash the Fury of the Storm, generating a powerful tornado!
- Fury of the Heavens - Calls down a tornado that inflicts massive Nature damage to all enemies within 0 yards of the target.
