Vicious Contempt is a conduit for fury warriors. It drops from the Council of Blood in Castle Nathria, Kryxis the Voracious in the Sanguine Depths, and Dausegne in the Sepulcher of the First Ones.
It can also drop from various Shadowlands rare spawns, world quests, and Covenant Callings, scaling to your item level.
