- Dragonriding abilities spend Vigor. Spending time on the ground, whether mounted or dismounted, regenerates 1 Vigor every 30 sec.
Vigor with the upgrades
Vigor is unlocked by learning the dragonriding feature from 
[60-62] Dragonriding.
At the start, there is only three available Vigor resources with more (up to six) being unlocked from learning the following spells: 
[Take to the Skies], 
[Dragonriding Learner], and 
[Beyond Infinity].
The rate at Vigor recharges is increased from learning additional spells: 
[Dynamic Stretching], 
[Thrill Chaser], 
[Restorative Travels], 
[Dragonrider's Cultivation], 
[Dragonrider's Hunt], 
[Yearning for the Sky] and 
[At Home Aloft].
