Vin is a draenei child found in the Cathedral Square of the Alliance capital of Stormwind City. She can be found standing with her dog Dotty near a lamp, behind the orphanage. She is known to be quite fond of balloons, and even enlists the aid of Alliance heroes to retrieve ones that she has lost.
