Vindicator Onaala is a draenei Protection paladin from Elodor who joined the Alliance champion as a follower after the defeat of Socrethar at Exarch's Rise.
She is seen assisting the Alliance in an attack on the Gates of Tanaan. She can also be seen watching the fights between garrison commanders in the Coliseum of Highmaul.

Onaala is one of the three choices for a garrison follower available as a reward for [10-40] Friend of the Exarchs at the end of the The Pursuit of Justice storyline in Shadowmoon Valley.

Follower: Vindicator Onaala — Artificer Romuul's hammer is as mighty as his knowledge of crystalworking. (the text is copied from Romuul's own recruiting spell) - Her counterpart in the main universe is known as Exarch Onaala, and is located at the same place: the Altar of Sha'tar in Shadowmoon Valley, only its corrupted version in Outland. Her counterpart is also an anchorite, despite wearing the exact same armor.
