- For the manga series of the same name, see Warcraft Legends.
Warcraft Legends was a cancelled Warcraft game developed by Blizzard Entertainment, between the release of Warcraft II and III. Legends featured no base building, no fog of war, and used an over-the-shoulder camera as players controlled a single hero. The game was scrapped during development, but the game's hero focus were transitioned over to Warcraft III with an infusion of hefty RPG elements into a real-time strategy game.[1]
Trivia[]
- Hearthstone originally was titled as Warcraft Legends during development.[2]
