Wards of Naxxramas drop from Eyes of Naxxramas in Stratholme. They will only drop them while Scourgestones can be acquired. The ward can be broken at Crusaders' Square in order to gain Truesight revealing a hidden Scourge crystal. Destroying the crystal with 
[Stratholme Holy Water] will alert the Hand of Naxxramas.
