Warder Stilgiss is a rare mob Dark Iron dwarf mini-boss found in the Black Vault in Blackrock Depths, with his pet darkhound, Verek. He appears on the threshold of the coffer room. If he is not there, there will be three dwarf guards instead.
Unlike most of the other demon dogs in Blackrock Depths, Verek is *not* particularly sensitive to stealthed characters. On stealth runs, this duo is easy to distract and sneak by. Once past, you can pull them into the coffer room and kill them. The dog is stunnable, Stilgiss is not. The icon is still rare, even though it isn't anymore.

After years of dedication to Emperor Thaurissan, the cunning mage Stilgiss was entrusted with protecting his clan's coffers in the Black Vault. The loyal dwarf's close friend Houndmaster Grebmar celebrated the occasion by gifting one of his vicious dogs--Verek--to Stilgiss. The mage has put the beast to good use, keeping it at his side to scare off the vault's would-be thieves.

Frostbolt 
— Inflicts 143 to 193 Frost damage to an enemy and reduces its movement speed for 4 sec.- Frost Nova — Inflicts 98 to 112 Frost damage to nearby enemies, immobilizing them for up to 8 sec.
- Frost Ward — Surrounds the caster with a shield that lasts 1 min. and can absorb 120 Frost damage.
- Frost Armor — Encases the caster in a layer of frost that lasts 30 min. The thick ice increases armor by 12, slows melee attackers' movement, and increases the time between their attacks.
- Chilled — If an enemy strikes the caster, they may have their movement slowed by 30% and the time between their attacks increased by 20% for 5 sec. Only one type of Armor spell can be active on the Mage at any time.
