Washengtu is a centaur flight master located at Broadhoof Outpost in the Ohn'ahran Plains and in the Nokhud Offensive (in which Broadhoof Outpost is considered part of the Nokhud Approach).
They appear as female in the Ohn'ahran Plains, but male in the Nokhud Offensive.
