Watcher Emil is a venthyr located in the Crypt of the Forgotten in Revendreth. He had been put in charge of the Catacombs of Regret by the Curator, who sent the Maw Walker to find Emil. As they did, a Hired Stealthblade attacked them, but Emil quickly disposed of them. He was then escorted from more assassins to the Curator to give her his mirror shard.

He later visits Sinfall.
