I keep a few kites with Wing Nga, the flightmaster across the way. Grab one of those kites, then throw water on any areas that look dry and dusty.

The player hops on Fung's Kite, which has two abilities:
- Water Bucket 200 yd range — Instant. (0.5 sec cooldown)
- Return to Halfhill — Turn this kite around and go back to Halfhill. Instant.
Use the Water Bucket and target the ground marked with yellow circles. Repeat.
