Water Elemental is summoned by the Frost mage ability 
[Summon Water Elemental].
Abilities[]
Waterbolt — Deals X Frost damage to the target. 2.5 sec cast.- Freeze — Blasts enemies in a 8 yard radius with frost, freezing them in place for up to 8 sec. Damage caused may interrupt the effect. 25 sec cooldown. Must be manually cast by the mage. Ground-targeted effect. Has the magic dispel type.
