Water Walking is a shaman utility spell that gives a buff to friendly targets which allows them to walk on water.

Notes

• Any damage to the target with this magical effect will cancel it.
• The magical effect can be dispelled by Priests or by any other class that can remove magical effects.
• It requires a reagent that is dropped by certain mobs:  [Fish Oil].
• The buff is removed when casting [Ghost Wolf] or mounting.
• It is possible to mount and have a shaman cast this on you, allowing you to water-ride.

Tips and tactics

• Useful for escape. Where others must swim slowly, a shaman can run.
• Malicious players can also use this ability to injure or kill players of their own faction by casting it on them as they leap off of a cliff into the water below.
• You can use it to fish on water, allowing a safer place to stand.
• You can use your flying mount, but you will lose the buff doing so.
