Waters of Elune is an archaeology quest that grants your group the Waters of Elune buff, increasing all damage done against naga while in the Throne of the Tides.

You've found an unusual fountain; the water glows like moonlight and hums with soft tones. With a Highborne Scroll, and your impressive skill in archaeology, you could decipher the fountain's purpose.

- Coating your weapons and armor in the Waters of Elune confers a 10% bonus damage against the naga.
