Wayfinder
The Wayfinder is occasionally visible in the antechamber of Torghast, Tower of the Damned if necessary for quest purposes.
As of patch 9.1.5, characters who are leveling via 
[60] The Threads of Fate can use the Wayfinder to enter the current weekly Torghast wings. The Threads of Fate version of Torghast offers rewards similar to a normal layer 1 run, including 
[Tower Knowledge] and 
[Soul Ash].
