Patch changes[]

Patch 5.0.4 (2012-08-28): Removed.
Patch 4.0.1 (2010-10-12): Moved from tier 8 to tier 2. Now requires Improved Ambush.
Patch 3.3.3 (2010-03-23): The debuff from this talent can now be caused by Backstab in addition to Ambush and can be triggered by all hits from these abilities rather than just critical strikes, but the snare component is now 50%, down from 70%.
Patch 3.0.2 (2008-10-14): Added.
