Waystone to Oribos
The Waystone to Oribos [42.4, 42.2] in Cocyrus, reactivated by the player during 
[50] Stand as One in the Shadowlands intro experience, is a First One waystone that is one of the few ways to exit the Maw, returning players and their companions to Oribos.
During the Shadowlands intro experience, it is referred to as the Eroded Waystone.
The broker Ta'lora notes that the waystone's existence is curious, since the Maw was intended to be an inescapable prison. One possibility is that the infallible First Ones placed it there as a failsafe, though this is a contested theory since it opens the possibility of the Arbiter wrongly assigning souls to the Maw even when she was working correctly. Another theory is that the First Ones foresaw the coming of the Maw Walkers and placed the stone in the Maw for their benefit,[1] which seems to be confirmed by Elder Ara in Zereth Mortis stating that the First Ones placed waystones where they knew the Maw Walkers would one day need them.[2]
