• Permanently enchant a weapon to sometimes increase Armor by 15 for 30 sec, stacking up to 5 times. Upon reaching 5 stacks, all stacks are consumed to grant you 125 Armor for 10 sec.

This enchant can be made through Battle for Azeroth enchanting (60 75 95 115). It is trained by  Emily Fairweather or  Enchantress Quinni for 35.
