Collect 6 Mawsworn Weapons, 6 Ghastly Crowns, and 6 Shade Eyes.

Find a  [Mawsworn Weapon] on the corpses of Mawsworn Deadeyes and Mawsworn Shacklers. A  [Ghastly Crown] can be found on the corpses of Ghastly Willbreakers. Nascent Shades will drop  [Shade Eyes].
