The Weathered Relic is found in the Feldust Cavern (mouth at [58.5, 54.1]) on the Broken Shore at the very back of the cave after talking to Drak'thul. It is used to attune players to Kosumoth the Hungering.
Players will not be able to access the cave until after speaking with Drak'thul the first time and exhausting his gossip text.
Return to Drak'thul after picking up the relic to continue the chain.
