Webwood Eggs can be found inside Shadowthread Cave, which lies on the northern end of Shadowglen on Teldrassil. They're guarded by Githyiss the Vile, the broodmother of the webwood spiders.
On retail, a Gnarlpine Corruption Totem can be found near them, corrupting the spiders before they even hatch.
