Weighted Chopping Axe
Weighted Chopping Axe is a common Draenor Clans archaeology artifact, created from 45 Draenor Clans Archaeology Fragments. One 
[Draenor Clan Orator Cane] may be used to solve this artifact.
Description
Taking their namesake literally, warriors of the Shattered Hand clan will ritualistically smash their own hand before cutting it off. The stump is cauterized and replaced with one of many varities[sic] of weaponry. This blade, which resembles a simple butcher's cleaver, is heavily weighted to assist in making a single clean cut at the wrist.
