The What's New panel informs players of the latest patch content additions. It can be accessed through the Game Menu, but also automatically appears on the screen upon logging when a major patch is released.
The information displayed may be tailored to the character. For example, the Patch 6.0.2 panel displayed the Iron Horde Incursion world event for max-level characters, while lower-level characters saw the updated character models revamp.
