Arms Unleashes a whirlwind of steel, striking all enemies within 8 yards for [34.8% of Attack power] Physical damage.
Fury Unleashes a whirlwind of steel, striking all enemies within 8 yards for [43.5% of Attack power] Physical damage. Generates 3 Rage, plus an additional 1 per target hit. Maximum 8 Rage.
Fury (Level 55) Causes your next 2 single-target attack to strike up to 4 additional targets for 50% damage
Your next 2 single-target attacks strike up to 4 additional targets for 50% damage.
Whirlwind is a level 40 Arms and Fury warrior ability that deals damage to all nearby enemies. For Fury warriors it also causes their next single-target attack to strike nearby enemies for additional damage.
Whirlwind is truly AoE, and will also hit targets directly behind the warrior.
Be careful of crowd control with Whirlwind. You shouldn't be breaking your teammates' sheep, shackle, seduce or bind.
This attack also has an additional use in PvP - due to the fact it can hit anyone in melee range regardless of where they are attacking you from, it can be used to teach a lesson to that irritating rogue who is constantly backstabbing you.
This ability is extremely effective against multiple enemies, exceeding [Cleave]'s damage and rage efficiency. If you find that you have excess rage to spend, Cleave can still be used in conjunction with this.
The slower and harder hitting your weapon(s) are, the more damage Whirlwind will deal.
