Wild Arcana is a PvP world quest at [51.6, 24.7] at the free-for-all Training Grounds of the Cobalt Assembly in north-central Azure Span. Much like forced-PvP world quests of past expansions, players can complete objectives by killing enemies in the area should there not be flesh-and-blood targets active.
