Windsage Garuman is a centaur of Clan Ohn'ir, assigned to serve as advisor to Clan Nokhud, who appears in the Nokhud encampment in Maruukai in the Ohn'ahran Plains during 
[62-65] Unwelcome Outsider. He accuses the Nokhud leader Balakar Khan of betraying Ohn'ahra by working with the Primalists; in response, Balakar, egged on by Koroleth, kills Garuman with a blast of storm magic.
Garuman's body remains at the base of the hill where he fell and can optionally be interacted with to unlock new dialogue with Tigari Khan (who describes Garuman as a "devoted but troubled man" who'd tried to warn the Ohn'ir of Balakar) and his betrothed Windsage Contan (who promises to avenge his death).
