Windspire Bridge can be found off the coast of east-central Jade Forest high over the waters of the Mistveil Sea. It connects the Jade Temple Grounds of the Temple of the Jade Serpent to the Windspire.
Many of the temple's priests come to a small tavern found at the center of the bridge to relax, the tavern is run by Jolly Chao. Huo the Firestarter sells fireworks here as well.
