Description

Haleh, Matron Protectorate, presides over Winterspring. Even after defeating the power hungry mage Umbranse, she continues to find and dispel danger in her homeland. As the last living consort of Malygos, she tirelessly upholds his legacy as a guardian of magic.

Her return would greatly strengthen the blue dragonflight.
