Illidan Stormrage, Kael'thas Sunstrider, Lady Vashj and Akama can find this in Lord of Outland, chapter 6 of the Frozen Throne Alliance campaign, Curse of the Blood Elves. The item is guarded by an abomination named Butcher. The name refers to the character of Wirt from Diablo, who lost a leg to the demon known as The Butcher. The flavor text further references Diablo 2, in which Wirt's peg leg could be looted from his corpse and used to enter the secret Cow Level.
