Witch Doctor Unbagwa is a jungle troll witch doctor who can be found in the Spirit Den, a cave in Mistvale Valley in the Cape of Stranglethorn.
Quests[]
While you are on 
[10-30] Stranglethorn Fever, the witch doctor has a repeatable turn-in quest, [10-30] The Heart of Mokk. When you give him one 
[Gorilla Fang], he will begin the summoning of Mokk the Savage, from which you can then loot the 
[Heart of Mokk].
Notes[]
- When summoning begins an Enraged Silverback Gorilla will enter the cave and attack, followed by Konda, and then Mokk the Savage.
- Prior to patch 2.3 it required 10 fangs for the summoning. Also the waves of gorillas that came were larger.
