Witch Doctor Uzer'i is a jungle troll quest giver located at Camp Mojache in Feralas. He can often be seen dabbling in arcane alchemical formulae and is in close cooperation with Xerash Fireblade at Lariss Pavilion.
Uzer'i is working on a potion developed to tap the power of the muisek - the spirits of creatures. According to him, night elves have long used the powers in the creatures of the land and it is time that the Horde be granted access to it, too.
However, interested adventurers are likely to be asked to run a number of errands for this eccentric Witch Doctor before they are allowed to discover his true intentions.
