With Hope in Hand completes the second week of the Death Rising storyline. The next quest happens after Shadowlands launches with  [50] Shadowlands: A Chilling Summons getting pushed to players on login.

Objectives

Establish a portal to Orgrimmar at the Argent Tournament Grounds. Deliver the news to Lor'themar Theron atop Grommash Hold in Orgrimmar.

Description

You must bring word of what we have uncovered back to Orgrimmar. One of our mages can open a portal for you at the tournament grounds.

As for the Argent Crusade, we must remain a bulwark against the Scourge. If you wish to continue aiding us, I will see to it that your skills are put to good use.

Notes

The portal criterion is not optional, so don't skip ahead by teleporting or hearthing directly to Orgrimmar. Go inside the Sunreaver Pavilion and speak to the Sunreaver Mage.

The Sunreaver mage creates a portal to Orgrimmar.

Take the portal and turn the quest in to Lor'themar Theron.

Lor'themar Theron says: The winged creature you encountered sounds like the very fiends who abducted Thrall, Baine, and the others.

Lor'themar Theron says: I had hoped you would find them held captive in Icecrown. But it seems our worst fears are true... that Sylvanas has taken them beyond the shattered veil.

Lor'themar Theron says: I will send word of this to the Knights of the Ebon Blade. We must devise a strategy to rescue our friends from the realms of Death.

Lor'themar Theron says: Stay vigilant, <name>. Fight back the Scourge wherever you see them encroaching. Once our plan is in place, you will be called upon to bring our allies home.

With the quest completed, you now have a convenient portal -- located next to the mailbox at Grommash Hold -- to travel to and from Icecrown.
