This is the second post-Cataclysm quest in the armory wing of the Scarlet Monastery. Dominic stands weakly stealthed in the middle of the Training Grounds. Don't forget to pick up  [36D] The False Champion /  [36D] Stripping Their Offense before heading in.

Clear a path through the Footman's Armory and the Crusader's Armory, then open Herod's Door. Herod is standing on the bottom level of the Hall of Champions.
