Availability[]
Blizzard made a limited number of copies of the Collector's Edition and will not make more. They are completely sold out in stores (where it retailed for $79.99).
A Collector's Edition was also created for the UK. The CD-keys are not compatible with versions meant for other markets.
Some copies can be found on eBay or similar online markets from time to time, but these have largely inflated prices. Also, there is no guarantee that their CD keys are unused. For an unused key, it is usually priced higher than $1,000 USD.
