When uploading, a licensing tag that best-matches where you sourced your image from is needed. Nearly all screenshots from WoW have a specific option (like NPC, zone, mount, etc...). Unlicensed images are subject to speedy deletion.
Selecting a licensing tag is easily done when first uploading your image, however, unless you know the actual name of the tag it can be hard to add one later on. The following is a list of the available licensing options:
