Guideline Stub[]
I moved the content from WoWWiki:Policies/Archival since it was voted on to be guidelines. I also moved the vote to make this a guideline from WoWWiki_talk:Policies/Archival to here. - I'm not making this grandfathered because it doesn't seem like a policy at all, but merely a "how to" for people to use. --Fandyllic
