Wulfred Harrys is a worgen quest giver located at Fort Livingston in Northern Stranglethorn. He has been allowed into the Explorers' League, despite being a worgen. Brother Nimetz sent him the 
[Whispering Blue Stone] that the adventurer found in Kurzen's Compound, and Wulfred suspects it might be related to similar-looking rocks that he has seen at the nearby Mosh'Ogg Ogre Mound. Samples are then sent to Bronwyn Hewstrike in the Cape of Stranglethorn for further testing.
During the events of Rise of the Zandalari, he was poisoned but soon healed by Bwemba.
