Yelnagi Blackarm is an orc located in Razor Hill in Durotar.
During the events of Escalation, he was cornered inside the Razor Hill inn. As the Darkspear Rebellion fought the Kor'krons, he asked that the people not be hurt and said that the revolutionaries were welcome to quarter in the area. Upon Augur Narali's death, he remarked that she deserved worse.[1]
During the Fourth War, he was encountered by Alliance champions when they set fire to town's storehouses.[2]
