You Have Been Rylakinated! is an achievement earned from killing 10 Darkwing Adolescents within 3 minutes while driving a Rylakinator-3000 in Darktide Roost, Shadowmoon Valley.
This can only be completed while on the associated garrison daily, or after completing the 
[40] Dirty Rats stage of the Garrison Campaign story, and one must also possess a 
[Rylakinator-3000 Power Cell] to operate the machinery. The timer begins once you jump into the Rylakinator-3000, so be quick to act at this point.
