Yshmeel

Yshmeel, a male murloc, is the chief nightcrawler of the Ripfang tribe. During large gatherings, he handles land-based security and scouting, and reports directly to his chieftain. Yshmeel is said to be the first murloc as comfortable on land as in water, or at least the first to be as quick, quiet and deadly in both environments.
