Zae'Rathis the Mad is a blood elf evoker who was held prisoner at Tol Barad. The naga attacked Tol Barad and Zae'Rathis escaped and Kul Tirasian citizens were afraid. The prison wizards thought that the naga intended to free the elf so he could join them.[1]
