The Zandalar Signet of Serenity is a quest reward from the quest  [60] Signets of the Zandalar which begins and ends with Rin'wosho the Trader on Yojamba Isle in Stranglethorn Vale. To complete the quest, you must turn the following items to Rin'wosho:

• 15x [Zandalar Honor Token]

You must also be Exalted with the Zandalar Tribe.
