The Zara'thik swarm of mantid is located on Molten Cay. They are the elite guard of the mantid empress.[1]
After N'Zoth was freed and began assaulting Azeroth, the Zara'thik returned to Pandaria. Empowered with 
[Azerite] they plundered on the Molten Cay, the Zara'thik assaulted the Vale of Eternal Blossoms as part of N'Zoth's forces. They will stop at nothing short of absolute conquest of all of Pandaria.[1]
